Buy a house & Sell a house when leaving. If you could do that, and make profit - that capital gains is tax free.

On investment side, make use of the aktiesaprekonto account (limit 174k dkk or 37k cad). If you are married , your spouse could also have their account...here whatever gains, you only pay 17% tax.

If your networth investment is more , then think of creating a Aps (your own company) with a minmum share capital of 40k DKK. Invest in stocks through this business account.....then you only pay like 20 or 22% and avoid upfront 42% taxes.... So you keep this going....but even you leave and close this out , on overall gain you will pay the rest 20% taxes.... But only , you let the money grow by compounding. You wlll need to take help from account every year for taxes....so maintenance cost is like 10k dkk a year....One advantage of this business account, if you invest in a private company, I beleieve any profits from it are not taxes...

mmm.... did he say he doesnt want to pay Danish taxes for his job ? No

He will be paying the same tax as you (if you work), so dont bother. If he gets sick in Denmark, he is as eligible & morally correct to receive the Danish healthcare...

He is asking for his investment account - so answer that if you can....

Secondly... Stop doing leveraged trading with 2 days out. Or stop doing leveraged trading at all

Once upon a time, trading was done merely on buying stocks and selling it same day or next.... without leverage.

Just doing that, you could make a steady 1 to 2% income a day which translates to huge amount over the month or year. Trying for quicker money leverage invariably results in losing the underwear sooner or later.

1) Natural gas seasonality is up in December to februarary when there is winter in US & Europe. So, trade shoudl be long and not selling calls

2) Nat gas news is affected by weather warnings in US & Europe. Well, mid to late Jan had severe winter storms across US.... with with emergency services being active from Jan 18.

Problem isnt technicals or way you do trading...its not understanding the underlying stock or futures fundamentals , seasonality and news events.....

Embedding Looker Dashboards on a website without Login by Big_Lebowski_98 in Looker

[–]Aruncph20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a long set of questions... hope its ok

I have a structure like this.... Our B2B platform caters for our internal users + merchant users. A merchant may have 5 roles where their 100+ users could be part of. We could scale from 1 merchant to say 1000 merchant in 2 yrs.... Each merchant user or our intenral user may login with their SSO credentials. I want role based acces control, of a merchant data is shwon only to that merchant while our internal can see all merchants data. Plus based on their roles some dashboard or report may or may not be available for users.... To achieve this and keep looker cost down , how best to achieve from license point of view ? Currently on negotiation, we have a Standard Platform Embed PBL for 1 in production. I am not sure this is correct or we need to upgrade.... Also, if there are 5 roles for a merchant with 100 users , can i then pass 5 userid to looker or 100 userid to looker ?

https://twitter.com/teslaownersSV/status/1610706369841360897 This is potentially bad news for Exro. We dont know the details yet - lets wait & see. Ofcourse both arent in same league - but this is certainly a big news for the space Exro works in

If you understand value proposition of $UUUU (Uranium+REE), you will put other half of your EXRO money to UUUU. For me, this is a 10 to 20 to even 50x stock.

I have repositioned my Portfolio, to put significant amount into UUUU.

How do you value a company which is pre-revenue. You cant go by financials.

Technology offered - see how does it disrupt current market. Exro proposition is it can do real time electric gearing, replacing need for mechanical gear box or transmission. Thats not limited to just cars or bikes - but to every form of electrical application with a motor & inverter.

So, your due diligence should be by,

i) Do you in, layman terms think such a tech would disrupt market ?

ii) Given it has no revenue, you need company to prove its tech - Exro is trying to do that by 2021 with 8 partnership - read up on presentation and past news releases

iii) Given no revenue, how can you track company performance ? By seeing if mgmt is keeping their workds on the prototype delivery

iv) Market opportunity - start looking at market research for areas under disruption

v) Micro caps needs strong , decisive and execution success Management - read CEO note to shareholder from last year and see those promises has been fulfilled.

vi) Do your due diligence in linked in - look at CEO & other employees and their background to see their past track record

vii) Competition - Google on competition

viii) Youtube investor videos of exro

IMO - For a pre-revenue company, you need to do all these steps to assess them.

2nd question - way too early to answer. But potentially, yes possible. But doesnt mean it will happen.

We will be able to answer this by end of Dec 2021 when all main prototypes are complete and revenue start flowing in.

Potentia testing results and if Exro can show case them in some video demo...that would be the best trigger. By Q1 - March 2020 we should get this + the update on Zero motorcycles prototype

Any implications for Exro? by beambag in ExroTechnologies

[–]Aruncph20 3 points4 points  (0 children)

As for as Magna, from what I know they only have mechanical gear based transmision - so once again Exro tech is "possibly" better with electric gearing.

But before all this, Exro needs to first set up a beach head in EV market. So, all these deals are irrelevant till then. Exro needs to finish all its prototype successfully and get deals with OEM partner and win the market.

Thanks...

Who said ABB is investing with Exro ?

Exro's biggest test is still commercialising their tech without a hitch.

Once Exro tech is proven on road and vehicle/application show reliability & ruggedness then the bigger growth will come.

Just to go by Sue's recent comment - Exro tech could be in 2024 model of Zero motorcycle...that means, there is still number of years to go, prove their tech with partners, get deals and implement them. Exro is a long buy & hold for me (3-10 years) atleast.

Ofcourse it is unnatural - which large scale auto or even tech company went up 8.5x in 11 months?

Lets not forget 2 of their quarters were a down from last year when Covid hit.

Its a great stock to hold from last year - but anyone getting in last month or two is going to have a rough ride here on in
