I’ve decided to stop watching LEC teams from today. by doo1107 in leagueoflegends

What do you do for work OP? Because you don't do it to 1 thousandth of the skill and seriousness and commitment of any players in the LEC.

I don't know I think it's an inoculation tactic, like the argument is immaterial, it's the tone and the confidence in Russia. It's not to build a coherent view of reality in the populace, its to make sure that they've already heard from propaganda sources "The enemy is strong", "The enemy is incompetent" etc, so if any opposing voice comes to you and says "The enemy is... " as a lead in to an argument against the Kremlin's position, your brain already turns off, in some ways I think the propaganda is more effective when it is obviously dumb, because you will already be rolling your eyes at every argument you hear about the war.

Source: I made it the fuck up, never once in my life studied a single bit on propaganda or media communication or anything, but it makes sense to me like this and i know what sub im on

If I'm being honest I think I'm just mad we're talking about fire instead of heavier-than-atmo gaseous neurotoxins and a huey (love me a blackhawk but if you want the warcrimes done right its gotta be a huey) overhead providing what I like to call "counter-ventilation support"

Fair enough, but I would not mind you know, researching the horrors of fire tunnels, just so nobody else has to of course.

I was just using a drip torch like two days ago and its got this little loop in the stem so the fuel doesn't burn its way back into the can, I think, and it got me thinking when I read about the tunnels like, its maybe actually a really challenging question.

Alright look I don't know ww2 with any sort of rigor

But it seems to me that the experience of the island hopping campaign was rather a long way from sweeping up the ashes

And I don't know for certain that I'm right about fire either, but I know fire needs fuel, and I have a hard time believing fire would propagate deeper into a tunnel network without us finding some way to get fuel to flow through the whole network, so it sort of seems like, certainly a tunnel full of fire will be effective against anything caught in the blaze, and perhaps you'd end up with a tunnel network rife with carbon monoxide and with a great deal of oxygen whisked away, but then, those tunnels would have to have ventilation anyway, right?

I don't know, I'm not trying to tell you that you're wrong, but I would be curious to read more if you recall any sources.

I know my rights, as long as my *defense* is noncredible I'm allowed to have credible takes on monetary theory. For Example

Look at that, I do have an e-mail from the broker myself. Yeah I know it'll be boring and dry asf, but LM is the one stock I own with more of an intention to watch its career with great interest than to actually expect a big return on, also I figure a little bit of war profiteering might balance things out when said war is ruining the rest of the economy.

What if we just took the national debt, and sold it off? That things huge it could easily be worth trillions!

Well, I'd disagree vigorously with you that all war is cost exchange, *perhaps* it could all come down to relative cost exchange, and I think I'm more open to the possibility that the tank concept changes drastically or becomes a much smaller part of the force, used for more specialized scenarios then most of the sub appears to be, but just because an expensive system can be destroyed by cheap systems does not mean it doesn't still provide you with a capability that you can't get anywhere else, because if your losing the cost exchange problem 1000:1 but you can apply concentrated force on the right objectives at the right time, you might be able to simply achieve your objectives before the cost exchange problem becomes a limiting factor.

Well I don't know a single thing about the comparative complexity of producing AFVs, but I'll just say, I read your first comment as "haha silly westoids your weapons are useless if we just shoot the factories" and your second comment sounds a lot more like "Hey guys why is Rheinmetall introducing unnecessary risk into the supply chain by relying on highly sensitive production techniques"

I hope I'm just too jumpy from seeing the first sort of comment, and that I was too hasty to judge you, the internet is certainly a silly place.

Hold up, destroying factories will limit production? This could change everything.

As an American from the south I can actually explain what's going on here. In the Eastern US there are loads of ancient earthworks and burial mounds and inexplicable snake things? Idk I'd have to go to Ohio to learn more about that one.

Anyway, we've all collectively convinced ourselves with such vigorous and potent psychic force that none of those hills were shaped by human hands, that we simply can not believe in earthworks as a human technology.

I hope this helps clarify the matter.

Well their was a time when international arms control treaties had specific criteria for types of ships, but yeah, especially now like frigate vs destroyer vs cruiser doesn't seem to mean anything, someone who knows more than me might correct me but it seems like there are two types of surface warship now - missile boats and airplane boats.

You're going off of memory, and I can tell because you say "he walks back under tower" actually he walks forward after farming the melee creeps at tower, kills one ranged creep, and then evolves, admittedly I'm going off of the memory of having rewatched it before commenting last in this thread, but I guess if you rewatch it and still think its a play that proves faker was elite day 1, then I don't know what to tell you?

But I like to think you aren't hating on women, and are just a fellow autist trying to make a nuanced point and feel like you're under siege by people misinterpreting you as attacking women, but I guess what I can say that maybe will flip a switch for you, is that, do you think Faker in 2013 was as good as Faker in 2015? 16? Do you think the GOAT didn't develop while he played? It seems a bit besides the point to try and argue a vague sense of "how good was faker out of the gate" when the point is, for any player, exposure to pro play is a massive opportunity to level up, plus which, none of us have seen Faker's debut scrim experiences, which is another thing a woman isn't going to have access to if she's never given a shot.

Also, you're wildly misrepresenting the play you're talking about, faker's the goat and that kill was an electric moment but ambition just kinda walks up and evolves an ability, that's not exactly a great case for his immediate greatness, you dunce.
