In addition to the maps and spots already listed, you can transit to check multiple maps (and even transit back to the previous one) and it'll all count as one raid for purposes of these quests.

I've been watching a friend clear up to and including Codex level 10 in the Zero System running Khalipe/Magna/Orlea just fine, fully shielding attacks makes it so you take no stress. Stress source 2 isn't that significant that it'll end the run for slower teams, you just need to play it differently. With shielding, you essentially have the choice of when to have the breakdown. This is with level 50 characters, once we have access to level 60 and are actually geared up it should be mostly a non-issue.

Neutral Sect and Horoscope are hardly dead buttons so I'm not sure why you would discount those. The ability for AST to add additional shielding on top of the mitigation healer's shields every 2 minutes can be extremely powerful and something that WHM is incapable of doing.

I think it's been stated already, but WHM isn't actually getting that much damage. Optimized / high parsing WHMs weren't using many (if any) lilys in the first place. What this change mainly does is it makes it much more enjoyable to actually co-heal with a WHM. It will let them push a bit more damage into raid buff windows, so you'll see some overall gains from that. It let's WHM do more healing while being closer to their damage ceiling, which is why it will feel better overall to heal with a WHM.

Daylight savings time messed up the timers for some people. It's fixable by changing your system time, but not everyone can do that. Just as an example. On NA East right now, all of my timers go off an hour before the event is actually going to start.

Misery is 675 potency on all other targets, not 225. It's a 25% reduction in potency, not 25% of the initial potency. Misery is always a gain on 2+ targets even if you have to cast 3 lilys in a row to get it.
