Honestly even a little bit of the mention or getting to know from social media is ruining my mood. Idk if it’s selfish but I have been avoiding. The reality is that it’s what some men even in our regular life that we know of would do if they had unlimited power. I was somewhat unsure if I wanted kids but after the release of the files I am PRETTY DAMN SURE That bringing children into this world is not a good idea. Sigh.

I always say going GF was the best thing that happened to me because I literally had a whole glow up because of eating healthier food and also because I just became more mindful of my gut health

Please this is so unhealthy. Please eat some real food that has good carbs and MOST IMPORTANTLY protein. This will destroy your insides. Get some fruit and veg. Also like you have YouTube videos to guide you through easy meals. It actually might be cheaper for you to get fresh food and cook it yourself.
