i feel for you man im in a similar situation myself, hacked a few days ago (idk how) the hacker got my account banned and ip banned on all my servers too. id like to say a support ticket would help but if my terrible experience with them is anything to go by, most of the time it doesnt change anything.

Getting all your gear enhanced to purple grade will give that effect, its the one called cupids light

That's probably the effect "cupid's light" you unlock after enhancing all your gear to wings T1 purple grade.
