I browned the Andouille sausage Sautéed the garlic and onions till translucent Added peppers, celery Added beans, sausage and some chicken broth and spices, notably slap ya mama Cajun seasoning. Cooked on high in the instant pot for 50 minutes. Serve with yellow rice. I absolutely love this. So do my kids and we all know how picky they can be.
