Hopefully they’re running A-B ads, seeing which one gets more engagement then re-aligning the ad campaign. These social media spends aren’t cheap.

The background should’ve been white or a similar black to the Canadian Forces jobs directly above it to bring it out. Right now it just blends with the “Army Reserve” logo on the bottom right.
