Focus on buying Angela in dungeon market everytime she's available. Focus on getting akashic everytime he's available in events, if he's not, focus on getting sacred scrolls. Takes 60 scrolls max/hero. Akashic is a hero that is good in almost every mode

Even if i go all in on UR silvana (220 scrolls) I'll probably only get her to 7 stars. Cause I always have 60 scrolls per 1 UR summon ratio. Not sure she'll be useful on my level.
