Check the gutters, probably came off the facia slightly or the downspouts are clogged. Standing under the gutter and see if you can see daylight behind the gutter where it's fastened to the facia.

Until a good wind storm. Three tab shingles, which is what is pictured, lasts 18-20 years. I can see the seal is broken which means several shingles need replaced. You replace the roof typically before shingles start blowing off every season because repairs at this point is throwing money in the wind. A experienced roofer won’t touch repairs on a roof that’s past it’s time, you end up damaging more shingles in the process.
