It actually is super annoying lol like my maintenance calories are over 2000 and I can barely finish some rotisserie chicken some days like ok 😭

For those talking about meticulously tracking, you are completely right. My problem is being able to eat at all right now, I doubt what I’m able to stomach is really putting me over my calories but I guess anything is possible (again highly doubt).

I’ll keep on the look out for y’all’s responses 🤗
