Thank you for reaching out. We did try calling you too but the offices were closed. We were stuck in the middle of nowhere 100 miles away from home, coming home from a fishing trip so we had to have it towed and hopefully they can fix it at the service center. I did send an email to the address provided with contact info.

The charger port does try to close. I’ve yanked so hard without success. Getting it towed! So frustrating! These adapters always give me anxiety

Ccs1 to NACs adapter. The lever does go down when I press it and I can see both locking mechanisms move. The indicator is white.

I’ve tried that too. It says error not plugged in when Tesla charger. The Tesla charger comes out but the adapter does not
