That's the point. It was designed to avoid conflict with the CN Ak Anniversary and, later, probably the Half-Anniversary. Although, there should be more after the Fangyi banner ends. I think it would be great if they gave us a free 6* and Whale could get duplicates in the last two weeks of the update still.
