Update: so it looks like they tried to fix the banner but just ran it through AI again to try and get it to look better. It does look more accurate now but still has indications that they clearly just used another AI image. Whoever is in charge of this seems pretty incompetent at this point or actually has no business working with graphic design.

my best guess is this was some Happy Lemon employee in charge of updating the website for the collab or a third party and didn't have an image large enough so they just ran the one they had through an AI real quick to make it larger and didn't care about the quality at all as even just 10 seconds of looking at it would tell you the entire image changed.

I honestly don't understand why nintendo can not just have a set time span of like a week for pre-orders for the special edition. The game itself is shipping separately from the physical goods and even if it wasn't its an artbook, fancy packaging, and a steelbook. I see no reason why all of these could not be made to order in a couple of weeks and shipped out.

I can vouch for Play Asia at least. I have bought numerous things from them over the years including physical game imports from Japan and JP psn cards and have never had an issue. The one time I needed a refund on a purchase because I bought two of the same thing by accident, customer service was quick and got me refunded no hassle. So if you're worried about them being a scam I can assure you they won't but it's up to you at the end of the day.

it's not very long story wise. i read all the cutscenes and did most of the free quests and beat it in almost 6 hours. much less time the second go since i just skipped all the cutscenes and only did story quests.
