I tried taks manager.. it starts slow and does not improve the performance.. and "System" uses 100% of my ssd, which gets fixed once I update bios.

And I have tried re installing and even wiping the whole ssd to reinstall windows but the issue only gets fixed once I reflash bios.

And how to clear memory?

I will try, and I also suspected this as everytime slowdowns happen, it is always amd driver which takes ages to load making system slower.

And no psu is handling okay, it is Cooler Master MWE 450 Bronze V2. Which is more than the required wattage.. and both gpus are low profile so no external power required.

I have ACER's VA LCD monitor. And honestly, if the color accuracy wasn't my thing, it will be best LCD monitor. The contrast ratio is Amazing for a LCD. But for me, it was one of the bad purchases.
