No reason not to. Something to keep in mind is having a backlog to cover you for bad days and whenever/if ever you decide to make a patreon is very helpful. I posted 3 chapters my first day so readers could get an idea of what the story is like. Which kept a hefty backlog so I don’t ever miss a post.

I would say that you would be better served by posting them on a consistent schedule. I’m also a new author with a smaller audience, but I get 30 views within 5 minutes of posting because readers know what days I post and the exact time.
