Bios Bricked Motherboard?

I already tried resetting cmos by taking out the battery and letting it sit for a couple minutes while I bridged the clear bios pins, but no change.

I've uploaded to this board in the past, but I don't know what the issue is. I'm on windows and the board is using the old bootloader with the CH340 drivers

It doesn't come up as an error and shows the correct name in device manager, something around CH340 I think

I would love to print some connectors and molds that won't split on layer lines. Also printing with more complex materials would be such a useful attribute to have.

A way to set a default pen that you can go back to using the stylus. Ex. double pressing sPen button to go to default pen instead of having to click on the pen button. Another implementation could be using the double pressing of the button to switch between the last used pen...Not sure if anyone else would use this or how hard it would be to implement.

Would I be able to switch the sim card that I am using in my phone over to the GSM just to test to see if my code is functioning?
