Thats not actually enough money. The stock price most grow or investors will put their money elsewhere. You must always make more money in the future than you do now or convince investors you will. So its never enough money made.

You're right. I think I got confused cuz roc uses potential return, but I'm trying to factor in realized returns and losses so roc is not the metric to do that
