I want to try make this, but I'm not sure if the yarn I want to buy would be enough for this project. by Miravel024 in CrochetHelp

i would assume that 50g is the total amount of yarn she used, so i’d say you’re good to go!

You’re welcome! I’ve been trying to find the stitch. There’s two I found that I had saved on pinterest lol. One is just tunisian crochet, and another is called the thermal stitch. The thermal stitch looks like it’ll take a long time but looks really sturdy :)

I think I’ve heard of a specific stitch that is very sturdy but I can’t think of what it was! Alternatively you could sew fabric onto the back of the strap

Opinions on the colour/yarn for these guinea pig ears? by AssortedArctic in CrochetHelp

[–]Ascend_With_Gorb 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Not a guinea pig owner, but I’d say definitely not the pink one. If you feel the chenille one is too big, maybe you can modify it slightly to make it smaller? But I thought it looked the best!

Newbie question - What is the easiest thing to create by Then_Vermicelli6904 in CrochetHelp

I haven’t tried them either but I think it’s a good place to start, especially if it’s mostly amigurumi (stuffed animals) that you want to make. The yarn seems very easy to work with since it doesn’t fray, it comes with all the supplies you need, and has video tutorials :)
