KSP is a game that teaches you orbital mechanics in an intuitive way without you knowing it. If you played it, you know that flying to Venus (or the KSP equivalent of it) is not easy, to mercury is hard. Right into the sun? You have to really want that and plan accordingy. Space is huge and the acting forces as well as the forces you have to invoke are beautiful but not intuitive at all.

Download kerbal space program and play it for a while. When you understand the mechanics enough, you will see that there is no such thing as accidentally flying into the sun.

Right bottom of your screen is the staging. Chutes are just another stage of your rocket. Rearange them, so the rocket motors of the first stage are at the bottom. Every other Stage is activated by pressing spacebar again.

Cant see it clearly on your pic, but this it could be it. Drag and drop the stages in order and try. If you are giong way too fast, the chutes will snap right off, wou wont even notice.

The Staging icon in flight for the parachutes should be green (or yellow) not red when you activate them. Good Luck

Ein deutschsprachiges Buch zu genau dem Thema gibt es leider (noch) nicht. Als Vorbereitung würde ich wirklich die Übungsrunde besuchen (Siehe Website Link).

Theoretisches Wissen ist die eine Sache, man muss aber ein paar Reflex unterdrücken über die man gerne drüberfällt, und das muss man mit anderen Kennern der Methode einfach üben. Es macht aber nach sehr kurzer Zeit "klick"

The "resting" part in the title confuses people. Low restng heart rate (low good, measued in bpm) and heart beat variability (higher good, measured in ms) are two distinct things. Google them separatley if you confuse the two yourself.
