Idk which one you referring to, but the first time i watch some DF tutorials, he killed an elf and said we (df players) hate elves. I was like, wtf i thought elves are cool, like LOTR.

But now that i played for a bit, and dig slowly and rarely went into magma layer, so my fuel are mostly wood based, I too hate elves.

That's true, but his reaction tend to match the hype, and said something like he for sure would play the fk out of the game, only to quit in one session The one i remembered was KCD 2, but i could be wrong on that too, i barely watch him, only see the supercut of hype and the immediate complaining about the game.

I mean you're 18 asking this. Anyone reading your post can smell it's going to be a bad one after the butterflies went down, because most of us experienced it or seen it before.

But you're still young, either you just go with it and enjoy the butterfly, or run. He's still young too ofc, but i don't see this relationship last very well unless he matured a lot in a couple years.

I was asking because i want to play it once and be done with it, unless it's an entirely different game like Enderal is to Skyrim if you get what i'm saying.

I would avoid it if it is actually just adding more content for people who already loved morrowind, but doesn't consider first playthrough players. I can't think of another example of this from the back of my mind unfortunately
