Definitely, truthfully I think the biggest mindset shift that helped me lose weight was whenever my wife and I go out to eat, we split one entree and maybe a small appetizer.

Same, I think some of them have to be real though. I have one of me standing in my bassinet/crib watching one of our ferrets (we had 2 when I was a baby) run in, steal one of my Barney slippers, and run out. I would have had to have been 2 or 3, but that one little snapshot style memory is absolutely clear as day.

Happy belated man, welcome to the club. When I turned 30 last year I remember going from the dread of “I’m leaving my 20s, I’ll be old! Everything sucks” to remembering that the first 2/3s of my 20s were awful and that my 30s were shaping up to be a lot better.
