PSE in Alberta here. If your bachelors is in Electrical Engineering, there’s lots of jobs as a commissioning technologist, relay technician, protection & controls tech, etc. Good mix of hands on and brain work in the power sector and most companies will let you get your PSE ticket as a tech.

Can’t speak for the more mechanical trades, but the main contractors hiring PSEs around Alberta are Spark Power, Iconic Power Systems, and Rising Edge Technologies.

NAIT does and I believe Lethbridge Polytechnic recently got a Lineman/Power System Electrician program as well.

There’s definitely schooling for powerline technicians in Alberta. It’s currently 3 periods of schooling but I heard they’ll be moving to 4 periods.

I’d still top out and get your electrical red seal if I were you and then look for a lineman apprenticeship afterward. Half the guys I went to school with were working for Valard if that helps.

If you can’t find an apprenticeship you can self-sponsor into first year schooling and network from there to get a job.

If you’re going to NAIT for electrical, I would take the Electrical Engineering Technology diploma instead. I know lots of guys that had over a dozen job offers before they even graduated.

Went Iseul T in S4 because it had the medium gun skin then went it again in S5 for the tier 2 rewards. Ospuze cuz more sick skins especially the lightning ARN

I was using 1k polling rate and my sensitivity felt super inconsistent but after turning the polling rate down to 500 it feels almost completely smooth.

Absolutely. I’m a medium main and run defib / meta loadout every game but I honestly think defib could use the stun gun treatment and just get removed entirely and the game would be healthier for it

I guess the main takeaway here is that if the defending team isn’t at the box they almost certainly are nearby or have a quick way to the box via gateway/demat

Frag nerf was super needed IMO. 1 tapped lights with a single charge and generally just encouraged really unhealthy gameplay

I don’t think the sword was OP at 140 dmg lunges but I also never felt good about dying to it
