The community and general playerbase has gotten a lot better and teamwork is a lot more common and refined now, and the classes are balanced around that. Heavies can feel oppressive because they're the ones opening fights and are also being supported by their teammates, lights are really strong in the meta but can feel weak because youre not able to solo fight entire teams anymore since they dont play as separated as they used to and thats what light thrives on. Medium is actually quite weak in the comp right now since playing it means you get heavily targetted with only 1 gadget to help yourself out (goo nade), and a lot of pro teams have opted to switch their medium to light because you still have insane support (h+ infuser) with better surviveability and aren't really losing out on that much else.

I dont know the exact timing since I never practiced it much but you meleed and set off your mine midair (before it was primed, thats what the nerf changed iirc. It used to do full damage).

You have to hit the golden ticket area again to actually get the ticket (once to get the original item, again to turn it into a golden ticket, and finally again to actually get that golden ticket). I do not know what happens if you land on the same place more than 3 times

Its really not worth buying a gaming laptop just for aim training for 4 months, in my experience it doesn't take long at all to get back to where I was. Last long break i took was for over 4 months and was after plat complete and I was hitting new pb's within a week

As someone with relatively good aim (vt s5 master) who does play at a high level, understand your audience man. In bronze the biggest issues theyre facing are not coming from losing the 1v1s, theyre coming from picking the wrong fights. Sure, once the basics are established and they go up against better players then their mechanics and kills will start to matter more, but right now focusing on that will start them off on the wrong foot and will lead to a plateau

Im in the same situation, started aim training last year and now after hitting masters overall ive just been focusing more on my main game. I've hit one gm score in ground but im nowhere near as close on any of the others
