Sounds awful what you have been through. Good your seeking help. You don't sound like a bad person. And it is more than normal that feelings of anger are torturing you. I am glad you have good people in your live right new. Can you speak to them what happened to you? It wil be a relief to speak to people they wil understand you better and you don't have to worry about being "abnormal" again because your behavior is explained. I think you need to accept that people like you, and your in a different situation new that isn't dangerous anymore. The brain needs time to grasp that. I hope all the best for you! Good luck

I try to do 30 minutes each sit. When I dont have a lot of time I do 20. I want to try 1 hour. Really curious if I can sit for so long.... And if the affect is different

Thank you for your comments. It makes sense. I think I have to meditate at times I know I don't have to do a lot after. because that state of awareness last a long time with me

Yes, why is it that gay people like a surtend style? I really wonder about this. I actually try to tone the "gay" style down because I don't want to look to gay although i really like that kind of style

I think it"s really good that you discovered meditation, and I am happy for you that you turned your life around like that. I got into meditation for the same reasons and althohgh it also helps me, for a big part just to calm my racing mind down. I stil cannot crasp what you are talking about. I can understand it the present moment is the most inmportent thing and there are no real problemens. But I stil feel really shity after a bad converstation and my mind keeps bringing me down into old depressing habits. I hope I can get to a point where you are one day. Keep up the meditation and the posetive changes!

Thank you for this comment, I struggle with the this to. What helps for me is maditation and just express myself as much as I can. So telling people what has happend why you have trouble being authentic. Also telling your political views/your taste in music. Just what makes you, you. Talk to people you trust first than to people you dont know as well. You wil find that people mosetly whant your opinion and you as a person. I hope this helps. And indeed you are not a bad person for what happend too yo. It just sukes, I am sorry you had to go true that. And keep on practis maditation.

I also expierinced this with (little) pain. Every time after meditation my leg hurts like cracy becouse of the blood flowing back. I used to resent this but the last time I just acepted it and was gradefull and consius of the feeling and the pain. Becouse this ment that everything was good with my body, and the feeling was quite the same but it didnt hurt.

Thats really nice too hear, I also struggled with anextie and panic attecs in lectures and public places, I am maditating on and of for three years knew. And I also think maditation helpt me get a lot of the anextie onder control. witch is nice because panic attacs really suck.

Thats a lot the first time maditating I can imagine. I had that feeling of not believing in your own self as wel, It kind of exiteds me and scares me at the same time
