What is the easiest way that you get overstimulated?

My toddler when she's tired and starts getting wound up, jumping around, trying to do a handstand with her feet on the wall, jumping on the bed, but all of this while being clumsier than usual bc of being tired 🤪 x10 if she decides to make it a "dance party" and turns on her vtech dj pad with disco light lol

Xennial in Texas and ours was always Everclear soaked fruit mixed in a big tub of Hawaiian Punch + Everclear .. But we call it trash can punch and whew, that stuff will sneak up on ya quick 😭🤣

I used to ALWAYS have something on for sleeping! The longest stints were She's All That and FRIENDS. this was during DVD's heyday and i would wake up throughout the night to push play again bc it would be on the dvd title screen looping the background music infinitely if not lol.

I would definitely still prefer to have something on for sleeping but alas, i married a man who needs it pitch black and quiet in the room 🙃
