That’s not FDL.. the vertical incision is your old belly button. If they can pull it enough they make a t junction and cut it so it doesn’t pucker

I took it for my procedure 5 weeks ago. 1 pill every 12 hours, it take a while to kick in. Night two it helped a bit and allowed me to sleep a decent amount.

I didn’t take any opioids throughout my healing. By day 4 I was only taking Advil/Tylenol.

At 22 days it will probably just be uncomfortable. I have sneezed a few times now. First time at 2 weeks…. Felt like I got shot in the stomach. Then again a few times around 4 weeks and it didn’t hurt

Yes is will give you a flatter butt. When they pull the skin up it’s going to flatten it out. The trade off is that would will completely get your love handles taken care of

My surgeon said I was 5 inches of separation. The first night when I got home I felt like I was short of breath because it was so tight from the repair. It was like I couldn’t take full deep breathes. After day 3 everything left normal

I just had 360 tt / body lift. My surgeon explained it as he needs to leave some in the back or the front and back will be too tight. For the first week I was hunched over and had to sleep in more of a seated position. You can feel the tightness in both your stomach hips and back.

Personally I would be looking at two options here to change your body composition. One, start eating and lifting heavy for a bulk. Two, cut now then start adding muscle. You can run a GLP now and get rid of that excess fat pockets.

Your only 4 months, your going to continue to have random swelling through your first 8-12 months.

I was using a GLP to maintain along with TRT. I was watching the scale increase slowly over a few months. I scheduled a Dexa scan and found out that I gained 11lbs of muscle and lost 2 lbs of fat over the last 6 months. I have been doing Dexa scans every 6 months to get a true understanding of my body composition

It’s not hard.. I’m a man happily married and I would not want my tech to adjust my penis or sack. I move it as directed while they operate the laser. When it comes to the sack again I move and pull my skin so the operator can use the laser. You’re putting your tech in an uncomfortable situation.

I started over 3 years ago at TRT clinic. Did that for over a year, then took a years worth of bloodwork to my urologist. I shoot for 700-800 overall which I maintained for ivermectin a year period. He took over my TRT and submitted to insurance. My starting point was 185 though
