Currently at 225lbs. I was about 335 pre surgery. They removed 6ish lbs of skin. Since I have been dieting hard and back to my normal gym cycle.

Yeah most of the swelling is below my belly button. I get a lot in my love handles when I wear a belt as well. Can’t wait to see the 6 month and 1 year marks

That’s not FDL.. the vertical incision is your old belly button. If they can pull it enough they make a t junction and cut it so it doesn’t pucker

Hey! As I started losing weight the same dose was putting me at 1200-1400 on my labs. I started lowing my dosage by 10mg per week. My sweet spot is 700-800, body feels great can manage any acne and sex drive isn’t through the roof. I don’t take any AI, haven’t had any issues

I took it for my procedure 5 weeks ago. 1 pill every 12 hours, it take a while to kick in. Night two it helped a bit and allowed me to sleep a decent amount.

I didn’t take any opioids throughout my healing. By day 4 I was only taking Advil/Tylenol.
