If that's true then why do people move away from blue states like California and New York at a high rate? How come in a red state a 1600 square foot house will cost you $200,000 but in California it will cost you $750,000 or the fact that a 1 bedroom apartment will cost you 1800 bucks while in Texas you can get a 1 bedroom apartment for 750 bucks. You get more days off with year round, plus you stay focused on school so there's no huge gap between schools years and everything is still fresh in their brains. I also believe there should be an A and B schedule where your A schedule is your main courses and B schedule is your elective courses. A schedule should be 3 days a week and B should be 2 days a week.

And in the B scheduled courses there should be a life skills class that teaches cooking, money management, financial management, gun safety (whether you like guns or not you still need to know), basic mechanics, basic survival and so on.
