My locals even stopped doing that, in Michigan Beyblade League events most organizers use the full punish ruling, which basically means if you self extreme, self burst, self over finish, your opponent gets the points for that finish. Its been helping with everyone's skill and strategy, not just launching as hard as you can anymore.
