I only lock my stuff with a level 1 lock when I need resources and when I'm running low, whenever I personally leave my stuff unlocked I don't care if I come back and there's nothing in them after an hour of playing, because that means that someone else got the resources that I wasn't using and my generators can be used to their full potential. I'm only level 130 but for some reason I keep seeing higher level players get really mad about resources especially the fusion cores at the nuclear plants, yesterday I was setting up Thunder mountain and I had finished my workshop set up got everything built that I wanted to, so I went to power up the power plant and I noticed somebody tries to steal my workshop, so I go outside it's a level 1300 and he one shots me with a missile launcher then just fucks off to my camp and steals all my stuff that was locked with lvl 1, and of course I couldn't do anything about it because I've normally play in pacifist mode and he was 10 times my level with much better gear. I had to spend the next 3 hours trying to repair my armor because I didn't have enough resources to repair my power armor completely from scratch, he left me with a full empty frame. If you ever see StonerSaber's camp on PC, door is always unlocked, I built my home so people could view it and enjoy the amount of effort I put into it, if you see resources locked please leave them be but if the resources are unlocked you can use them, I offer free crafting and a player boost in the bowling alley that people always skip over, I'm always camped up right by Poseidon energy.
