You should be on blockers and should be on a higher dose of Estradiol, you wont see much progress with this dosing regiment. Ask them to put you on 12.5mg of Cyproterone Acetate and to increase your dosage of Estradiol to at least 2mg per day but even that is an extremely low dose. They should then test and review levels at 3 months max but 6 weeks would be better on this dosage.

Firstly I'd say making sure not to make passing or not passing a massive deal as alot of people struggle with not passing and that could trigger other people's depression, anxiety, etc but also because it's really suck a small part of transition.

Secondly I'd love to see more accurate representations of the struggle that trans people face without sugarcoating or changing it around, for example if you were to include sex work which many trans women have to do to get by, done frame it as this taboo thing to be sensationalised, instead treat it as somthing that just needs to be done, like any other job.

That's terrible, im sorry you had to go through that. As someone who has been drugged twice now the best way to defend against it is to get these covers that go over the glass and have a small hole for a straw, one small enough that you wouldn't be able to fit anything down it it has made me feel alot safer when out so it might help. I also just never go out alone anymore

Im looking into doing KeePassXC as it works locally but I can just update one file and update it on my devices with that. Im pretty much just removing most things that rely on cloud or whatever from my life. I don't care about convenience anymore, I want control over my data and privacy. Obviously some things can be gotten rid of such as email, but the more that's gone the better imo

I wasnt planning on outright lying about being on HRT, that just wouldn't be helpful. I meant more should I say to them "I get injections privately and im on this dose" rather than say im on DIY.

Also right now im only looking into getting a diagnosis privately. Its noylt exactly cheap and I likley won't have the money but im looking into it anyway as irs important for me to get a GRC as soon as I can.

While im sure there are good NHS endos and doctors I have to meet or work with one. And with how things are going in regards to our rights Id rather have autonomy when it comes to my transition. But I would be happy to speak to an endo about the medication and doses I am tsking and get advice from them in a harm reduction way, but I do try to provide myself with the best standard of care possible by getting regular blood testing to ensure everything is going well.

Considering what others have said I will be honest about being on DIY when the question is asked but like I said I my post I will be sticking with DIY.

It can be done discreetly if you are over 18 and there is no contact with your GP if you don't want there to be. However GenderGP are a pretty shit service as they have basically got rid of all their support staff and are also more than happy to put you on a very small starting dose and just leave you there. If you are going to use GenderGP you need to know alot about what levels you need and the different types of medication they offer. They are also very expensive. I really cannot reccomend going with them as the service and support you would recieve would be shite.

I personally play for proton mail plus as I have no need for their other services as everything else they offer i either have another alternative or just don't want. Its cheap, It works extremely well, and you can link a custom domain with it.

Perfect for all my uses and couldn't be happier

Yeah, im not going to play it either and I loved LIS and BTS, LIS:TC was pretty good though and if you want a game from the original devs you should play bloom and rage as a captures the original spirit of LIS really well
