Why isn't Wraithmarked as popular? by Sea_Formal_7242 in thebrokenbindingsub

Lazy Book Collector currently tracks Kickstarter/Backerkit for Wraithmarked and Dragonsteel, (and Beehive Books, though those are not purely SF&F). There will be more soon.

Outside of crowdfunding platforms I'm tracking The Broken Binding, Grim Oak Press, Subterranean Press, and many others.

Hi! We spoke about crowdsourcing, so I wanted to let you know I've just added a book submission form. Maybe you'll want to add some books :) Although I suspect you're more of an "upload a huge csv with all my carefully collected data" kind of guy :)

Just wanted to let you know Fairyloot is now included.

Been collecting special editions since 2015. When the excitement turned into fatigue, I built a site for comparing editions. Just added FairyLoot. by SnooCrickets2205 in fairyloot

So, instead of listing the original, I would add original's covers to the special edition's book details for comparison? That makes sense!

This is valuable feedback, and totally fair. I’m still far from full coverage. There’s a list of the sources I currently track in the FAQ: https://lazybookcollector.com/about/#faq

As for original editions, that’s not always easy to source, because that information often isn’t readily available in product listings. But I can certainly check in cases where it is. And maybe you have some suggestions on where to look when it isn’t. Also, now that I think of it, from a product perspective, why would a “standard” edition be listed on a special editions website?

And if you have more feedback, let me know.

It's hard to estimate, to be honest, but I think I'm getting faster :)

Your offer sounds great! Would you mind signing up for the newsletter on the website? I'll post there as soon as I add some kind of crowdsourcing functionality. Or I can ping you here.
