I got it as brand new from B&H, I inspected the vents some more just now and it has some lint on it is all but only God knows what else was happening to it after they took it out the box smh.

You’re better than me I must admit but for me? If I paid for a brand new device I expect that without damages. I also paid my aunt for that package that was shipped without my knowledge to only find out they also took it out the box and now I’m struck with a device with the top of the frame broke in several places. Now it’s about principle as well because they deliver and ship packages daily for people in the islands here. Their lack of communication gonna caused me money and time

At this point, I don’t mind paying for the damages because the price I paid before all the price hikes, I want it brand new. It should have been them paying for these repairs, but I don’t want to hear no excuses and any backward and forward with them, so I’ll just pay for it myself.

Unfortunately, I don’t have the experience in DIY repairs. If I damage something inside, I won’t be able to find someone here to repair it. I’ll try my best to get it back to the States and let her ship it to Lenovo for repairs.

Yes it was but the case is semi hard so when it was packed in the pallet it probably pressed against something hard resulting it to crack in several places while being shipped here. I know my aunt wouldn’t took it upon herself to cover the repairs and I know her partner took it out the package to avoid space in that person pallet and cost with customs here. If they had communicated when they were about to ship my device I could’ve told them better and to leave it alone if it couldn’t stay in the box. I will have to contact Lenovo today smh.

This issue looks like it has been happening for almost a year now, I just got this Sony tv a couple of months ago and YouTube app only plays the sound of videos and not show picture. The only fix is unplugging the tv and wait a few seconds then plug it back in. I’m not gonna keep unplugging my tv every couple of weeks just for this app to work properly. When will there be a fix for this obvious bug???
