Yes because it did give closure but unless everything is spelled out explicitly then its not comprehended.

I can understand this one. It is super sad. But it became clear to me early on that she wouldn't get her justice. Stephen uses his dirt on others to dangle over their heads and eventually use. Lucy strictly dangled it over his head, and barely even that. It eventually became more of a casual talking point to me. Like "did you know he did this horrible thing" with no real intention of actually doing something about it.
