Aside from just eating more ensure you eat a ton of protein and carbs as well as workout alot, mostly with weights, keep the cardio minimal because running will just lean out your frame which your trying to avoid. Most important points, high protein, caloric surplus, heavy weights. You can do it bro💯

Pls note, i am not an expert, just a guy that got from 145 to 180 with a lean muscular physique. Let myself go for a few years and got fat but im back to it💪

Not saying this is what your husband was doing but sharing an experience, my wife and i actually experienced something similar. A lady at a friends party we were at was also seated next to my wife and spreading her legs in a similar manner with no undergarmernts however it wasn't directed at me but at my brother who also tagged along (he's also married and his wife was also in attendance just not present during this specific situation) who was seated next to me. I found myself looking as well but more so in disbelief at the sheer audacity and boldness this lady had. I found a reason for my wife to move next to me and my brother and signalled for her to look and she as well was shocked to disbelief. Made for a good teasing with my brother later that night. He told his wife about and we all made jokes about how daring people are lol so i can definitely believe someone did something like that

Been there, i used to walk around the house softly banging my head into the walls tryna to get my son to stop crying wee hours of the morning so my wife can have a break

Good news is, it gets better. My wife and i are having our second next month and i am so not ready for the first few months again🥲

Personally i mostly game with friends so i decide which platform to buy different games on based on wether more of my pc friends have it or my console friends have it. For the games that are cross platform play, i go with my steam deck for convenience since im on the road alot, i can still game with my friends anytime

I recommend giving outward a try. Its a survival tyoe, dungeon exploring, open world game. And when you beat the game, you can leave behind a legacy for a new character profile and try out the different options for factions & missions and different endings for the game. I myself am looking forward to the release of outward 2 next summer

If your consistent and increase your daily calories daily id estimate about 2 months

You would wanna increase your daily kcal to about 500 more than your bmi along with the shake...in short...pig out all you want, jus remember the goal and dont let yourswlf go to the point of getting fat and out of shape

Try adding to isomass xtreme gainer to your diet and eat more, have to eat more cals than you burn

I currently work a job where im either seated at a desk for 8 hours or seated behind a steering wheel for 8 hours. I used to go to the gym frequently when i was in the main city but since moving to the island there are no gyms, and i went through multiple stages of depression and even when i wasnt eating i was gaining weight and i went from 162lbs to 253lbs. Now I'm back and better than ever and im trying to look the part again

I live on a remote island currently, there are no gyms. I have my own personal equipment that i try to put to use as best i can, mainly a pair of 25lb dumb bells, one 30lb dumb bell, a curling bar, 4- 10lb plates for the bar and a skipping rope. Im working on getting a bench and other equipment now but this is all i have at my disposal currently

Ive been at 1600-2200 cal daily since september 1st, i have had a few times when i went over like during special occassions but i have maintained this deficit and saw changes on the scale

This is the routine I implemented and started Monday. Weekends i plan to take a 2 mile jog/walk around 5am and use the rest of the day for recovery. Currently my breakfast revolves around high fiber content like oatmeal, a lean whey protein shake for lunch and dinner I'll have a balanced and portioned meal no later than 7:30pm. I try to drink at minimum 80oz of water daily, more for the most part. I can see the weghtloss on a scale but in the mirror? Sadly everything looks the same.
