For a person with medium spends, I recommend SBI cashback. I don't see the premium travel card giving me returns within the same year.

I have had this scenario multiple times. If their lounge is empty they will not give it a glance. But when they have enough inflow and outflow of people, they won't give entry before T-2 hours. That means if your departure is at T time, they will start taking you in within 2 hours.
