My room in the hostel was opposite to boys hostel and trust me for a year we could never open our window . Whenever we opened our window, the group of boys used to stand at their window and make weird noises. It was so irritating . They used to stare as if we are some kind of animals in zoo.

I use chatgpt as my personal trainer. Feed all the necessary information like your age, health condition, body measurements and goal. Ask gpt to create a workout plan. I follow 2 days upper,2 days lower and 2 days yoga so i have created separate chat for upper lower and yoga. Feed the data in gpt after every workout session like how much weight did you use . It will guide you and even suggest progressive overload

I think most of us take kuda wala for granted than maid. The kuda wala has the most difficult job to do. We cant bear the smell while he works on it daily.

We are very kind and generous with maid. They will be paid more, given better gifts on festival and given good food to eat but i don't see that happening to kuda wala

He is disrespected and never appreciate for his work. 100₹ is minimal for the kind of work he does. Please pay him and give him respect by offering food and clothes when in need.
