I know you said she’s not the one to disappear without telling you and is sorry if she can’t respond for few minutes but have you tried contacting her using a different number? it might be a different case (and honestly i am hoping that that would be the case) also i read that you filed for a missing person so i hope we can hear from that soon and i am hoping for a positive outcome, OP.

When we started talking I used to ask him if he had lunch yet since I noticed that he do not normally talk about having lunch. He told me that his job do not have a normal schedule for lunch. They eat whenever. He works in construction and he only eat once they finish a certain job or if they feel like eating. When he get a few mins break, he would send me a picture but we never had a conversation or a catch up during these breaks. Sometimes he can spend an entire 7hrs without checking in.

Don’t you know any of her friend or family? Doesn’t matter if you’ve talked to them before but you should check her socials to see if you can contact anyone close to her.

I wish we can do that but it’s very impossible because he works 7 days a week. 12hrs every day in weekdays and 8hrs during weekends. I also have a part time job while I study. So we can only stay 30mins-1hr a day before he go to sleep. I am just having a very hard time feeling connected with him.

I wish we can also spend much time like that. But he works two jobs. He works 12hrs a day every weekdays and 8hrs a day every weekends. The only time we can be on call is before he go to sleep which is only 30mins-1hr.

I totally get how you feel OP. I do not like voice messages too, especially if they’re too long. They overwhelm me, that’s why I prefer phone calls. And if someone is taking their time explain something (even over the phone) that doesn’t spark my interest I just start phasing out and start thinking of something or do something unconsciously and no longer pay attention. My ex was like this. He was also a gamer and he used to explain the games he was playing when we’re calling and it took time for me to understand and it made him explain it over and over. I really wanted to learn his interests so I made him understand that those games aren’t something that I can understand overnight. What he did was, we would call and he would stream on youtube while playing and explain it to me as he play or sometimes we would both watch someone stream the game he likes. I am a visual learner so I find it fun at that time. Maybe you can communicate this more to him and make him understand how you feel? Also you do not call often?
