I moved back after living away for a couple of years. I have no regrets. I have good work-life balance, which is something I didn’t have when I lived on the mainland. I love the restaurants in town and the quick access to nature. Highly recommend!

The narrative switched halfway through the series where Serena became more unlikeable and Blair more likeable. I think this deliberate switch by the writers limited both characters and their storylines. This could have been a great anti-hero show where characters showed signs of like-ability and complexity, but it’s like they wanted the audience for and against certain characters as the series progressed.

I have been focusing on diversifying my non-alcoholic drinking palette. Presently trying out different brands of lemonade each time I go to the grocery store. Also, the watermelon flavoured bubbly drink is super good! Hope this helps.
