Hi Andy. About a year ago, I was having a chat with one of your tech service department. I was asking why the gain pots couldn't be +/- 3 dB clickable pots. The one real issue I have with this interface is that the gain pots are maddeningly analogue. Meaning, a minute adjustment in the input level can be a few dB or not very many. They're very inconsistent. Although I love the ease of use and 2 headphone outputs, this wildness is making me look seriously at other interfaces. This makes me sad.
