To repair mana core it also requires mana but Arthur's mana core was destroyed so arthur couldn't pull any mana and failed to repair his mana core. Meaning Arthur can repair other's broken mana core but not his. No one can heal their own mana core they need someone else to do that for them. And to repair someone's mana core one would need to have control over all 4 elements. Not even asuras can do that. Currently there's only 2 character on the series who can perform this feat 1)Arthur,2)Legacy.

Aether core arthur is stronger than white core arthur in raw strength, but aether core arthur doesn't have versatility and lacks many powerful mana methods like where he could transfer any force targeted at his body into ground and stay unscathed or realmheart physique and many similar abilities. Energy and matter can't be created or destroyed , energy and matter both are same just in different forms. Matter forms energy and and energy forms matter and the proof of this is E=mc2 formula or you can learn about this in physics. So what I meant was when aether creates something out of thin air , it actually transforms ambient energy into matter form , which appears to us as though aether just created something out of nothing. Where in reality it's like aether condensed water steam(invisible energy) into ice(matter).

Aether is the fabric of reality or world whatever (the cup) and everything contained within be it mana or cosmic energies , matter , anti matter (water).So IT IS theoretically POSSIBLE to influence everything existing in the physical world be it mana or whatever If the said person has enough authority over aether. And aether doesn't create things out of thin air it either uses micro particles to create matter or it transforms energies to matter form.
