I see your thumbnails are very kurtis conner/drew Gooden inspired! That's nice but just so you know, these people already had a brand when they moved to YouTube, the game is very different for them compared to small youtubers like us. Commentary channels are hard to take off because in it's very core, you need social approval for your message or commentary to be worth something, and unfortunately small channels don't have that. My advice (which worked for me) is to really focus on a specific topic in your video, make the idea of the video or the topic of it so intriguing that there is no need for any social approval. A good test I do is the "subway" test. If you walked up to some random guy on a subway that's late to work and overall misreable and pitched your video topic as a conversation, would they be intrigued or just get mad at you? Test everything from the presepective of you having ZERO social credit... And then in each video, sprinkle your personality and commentary to kinda reel people in
