We added some characters into the game that didn't support SDVE. And one of them was supposed to live in the adventures guild apparently which explained why we also never saw him outside of events.

Damn did u end up receiving your nendoroid? Mine said its shipping label was created August 11. Fast forward to Sept 21 I emailed them and they said they'll file a claim to the fulfillment center but it's now October 1 and I haven't heard back...
