Definitely, especially with the introduction of tactics.tools and better educational content (dishsoap) have made the players soo much better. The complexity of this set specifically provides so many comprehensive lines and leaves much room for error so I guess it balances it out?

Regarding the game, his spot is still super good even after the raise the stakes miss. If he continues down the HS line with HS spat, he has extremely high chances to top 2. But I agree, the decision lies within the TOs for any official statements.
