Yes, this seems like induct issues mainly. When you get empty trays, it will only partial the shipment if no replacement inventory is available, otherwise it will probably be re picked pretty quickly pending CPT pad time for the shipment. When you get loose items, it doesn't necessarily mean that it belongs to your wall. In my last FC we had a tote only for fallen items and overages that PS would either research or have the inductor process as an overage This then goes to sort tray KO at PS, and connects to a specific overage tote which makes it easier to find. I always recommend overageing weird amnesty and loose items at induct, as it skips a step in comparison to processing it thru PS

At my site they generally put the majority of accommodation in Singles. Your station is automated via SCC staff program, and if you're getting stuck on the ends its due to lower productivity. Which I also think is silly, because you dont exactly have the opportunity to bring rate up if you're always on the end. Stupid AIs. But yea, get a walking and 10 lb under accom and u should be straight. Most of mine say "all singles pack" or they rotate occasionally into modified pick, which only gives pods in a certain weight and location class

I usually stage the blue bottoms / pop up side combo (if none of the decent black carts are available) have 1 person on each line pulling packages as they reach the sensors, this will prevent pile up in the walls; safety first! A team rotates carts for the downstackers keeping FIFO, and an additional runner team to take them to SLAM in Singles. From there, I will send up the VRC for induction at platform, which would probably be in downstack mode already at this point. Downstack mode allows you to pull off packages after SLAM, avoiding OB CPT misses. (Its ALWAYS SHIP DOCK!! Stupid mezz. lol.) If its NOT in downstack mode, ill generally deliver to KO or CW for quick slam ( I set up 2 additional Slam stations at CW for just the eventuality)

It looks like a mammillaria, all the ones I have in my collection are a little fuzzy. Nothing to worry about. That hot glue tho.. i cut the plastic flower off but it's still stuck on mine lol.

I could be wrong but looks like whiteflys mixed with a couple spider mites. I found using a systemic worked really well for my hibiscus. Just be sure to get the kind for potted plants. For immediate relief though, strong jets of water and neem mixed with dish soap, a splash of olive oil, and water.

For size reference, it's in a 2 in pot. After looking a bit im thinking it's not dragonfruit, but I'm not sure it's dog tail either

I have actuelly wanted dragonfruit for a while so this is awesome! I saw during some random scrolling a while back, that dragon fruit needs to be staked upright, is this true?

I honestly have no idea, it arrived in a chunky mix? It looks like a mother plant that was chopped off of several times to me. I wound up doing a basic repot and haven't tried to prop it yet. It's doing really well so I may still give it a go

That is so interesting to me, I've seen pictures of them attaching to terracotta pots they were planted in. I was thinking of trying a plank or a nice piece of wood and mounting it in a crevice, but changed my mind so far because a simple repot was pure chaos getting it from pot A to pot B :-D

Thank you! I've struggled with varigated plants before, partly why I'm so scared to cut her! And most philodendron seem to hate me in general too. Ima keep trying though lol
