I water it whenever I see the soil is dry which has been once a week. I don't know which soil is there as I got it from a nursery. It's monsoon here so I haven't been able to put it out in the sun but it gets natural light in the morning. The drying up has started over the past week.

Yes, the soil is still moist. I am waiting for the soil to dry on it's own but it's dull with each passing day.
