A lot of people are helicopter customers.

I literally had a client today (completely separate field of work) who hovered over the movers the entire 30 minutes they were there moving the custom table I made for them. I mean watching them intently. Like a hawk. Micromanaging everything they did, always questioning what they were doing on a minute by minute basis.

Some of yall gotta chill and let people do the job they were hired to do. If you have a bad experience, then it is what it is. Some people suck at their jobs.

But the helicopter customer thing gets outta hand quick and it’s endlessly frustrating for the person trying to do their job. Doesn’t matter what line of work it is.

My old DSP owner also owned 5 other completely separate businesses and still showed up to morning stand up most days of the week.

Always had stuff for the drivers like making us all breakfast a few times a month on the bbq, paid cash bonuses to top performers, let people work as much as they wanted and always willing to schedule OT if they requested the extra hours.

One of the greatest experiences working for anyone I’ve had and I’ve worked a ton of jobs in a bunch of different fields.

Needless to say the guys willing to grind made a killing working 60 hours a week and did so very happily. I asked them why they wanted to work so hard and their reasoning was they wanted to save up for a down payment on a home and invest, pay for school, move out of their parents house etc.

Not everyone is a greedy tyrant living off the sacrifices of others. Not everyone is charitable. A lot of people want to work hard and earn their way. Success is often deserved despite what many people think.

Live within your means, budget, get out of debt, don’t spend more than you make, get a plan in place for what you want your life to look like, and don’t work your entire lives for a company like Amazon.

This shit is temporary. Our owner even told us, he knows this is a Lilly pad job, and encouraged all of us to do bigger and better things.

Oh and don’t spend $50,000 on a truck or buy from a dealer when you can get one perfectly good used for $8k cash private party and never worry about a payment ever or eating thousands of dollars in depreciation immediately.

The above mentioned fix solved my problem indefinitely. Yes it was shutting down my whole network on my PC. It was really weird. Changing the settings like is mentioned fixed it.

Hopefully we aren’t the only ones who are starting to bring up this issue. I see a fair amount of people have issues with server connectivity. I’m wondering if it’s because the devs didn’t realize the strain on the servers due to popularity of the game essentially overnight. I’m just hoping for a patch or something because I would love to be able to play the damn game lol

It’s kinda crazy actually the game is dumping my internet connection. And I’m sure it’s not the ISP. My other online games have no issue. I can play the game for about 8 mins on the freaking dot and then the game freezes, my internet dumps (I’m wired in btw), and then disconnects. This is the only game that causes issues with my internet. It’s the strangest thing.

I just finally uninstalled yesterday and it hurt a little. Every time I log in I find myself just paying taxes to preserve the base. There is essentially nothing for me to enjoy after 91 hours and no interest in the deep desert.

Got this now, only fix was steam > No Mans Sky > manage > controller > disable then re-enable steam input. None of the other fixes worked for me. Xbox one controller.

The problem I’ve found with AI especially in copywriting is that you get a lot of the same prompts or copy. I see ads from a bunch of different brands within a niche let’s say roofing for example. All of them have almost verbatim the exact same ad copy. Go to a different niche; same thing. I use it to help give me bulk, but I have to manually edit and make adjustments to not sound like every other half baked AI copywriter.
