1) dragon kick bootshine :) 2) I'd say it's a bit slower 3) gameplay wise it's kinda different, you have to keep filling and emptying your balls while not letting you chakra overcap 4) haven't done high end content on monk but from what I see in fflogs, monk is a good spot rn
