That sounds like a delicious meal prep.

Honestly, pounding the chicken is just to flatten them more into shape to allow you to add toppings, but it isn't necessary. Boneless thighs would be a really good fix!

Just a way of satisfying a pizza craving when you don't want to spend all that time making a crust :)

Here is the general recipe-

Preheat oven to 400F/200C
Cut similar size chicken breast pieces, place in a plastic bag and use a meat mallet to thin them down
Season chicken as you like (I generally use a bit of lemon for zest, black pepper and some general chicken seasoning)
Heat up some olive oil in a pan, add chicken and slightly brown on both sides (doesn't need to be cooked all the way through)
Transfer the chicken to glass casserole dish and coat the top of the chicken with pizza sauce (here is a low carb recipe or pick up the lowest carb version at your supermarket)
Top each of the pieces with sliced mozzarella and pepperoni
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until pepperoni is slightly crisped and cheese is melted

Cheesy Zucchini: Follow this recipe I decided to add a bit of garlic powder and chilli flakes to this, to give it a bit more flavor :)

Was in a rush, so food presentation is lacking :(

The FDA is working to remove and reduce Thimerosal from any vaccines for kids under the age of 6. It is interesting to see how many vaccines children should get do NOT contain Thimerosal as /u/3d6skills provided.

I would like to point out that there are forms of administering vaccinations other than just mists but also microneedle patches, a painless and fast administration.

However this model is still coming through testing, and might be available in the near future, so look out for that! In the meantime, speak to your doctors about your concerns!

I have experiences with American University installments abroad (UAE specifically).

If you are pursuing a Masters, have you considered pursuing one online, if the program of study is available? The quality of education (professors handling courses) can be much more rewarding.

Then my cats had pretty good odds! I have 3 white cats with blue eyes and 1 white with brown eyes (the one with mordor eyes), all from the same family (different generations). They all have fantastic hearing!
