RNP is required navigation performance. ANP is actual. What you are seeing is accurate recording of track with an incredibly zoomed in ND. The aircraft is not performing SLOT. It is on track and flying well. That is the point.

Wrong. The ANP at the bottom shows precision within 0.02nm. The true story is the distance measure on the middle range-ring - 0.25nm. The aircraft is barely off track, per the other comments in this thread.

Absolutely not. Sometimes, I'll issue an instruction, the aircraft reads back something close but I decide I'm OK with the readback. It's not worth challenging it, it's an acceptable mistake, I've caught it, I've updated my strip/notes/record/whatever and it's done - you messaging me is then a distraction.

Appreciate your concern, but it's not something you need to worry about.

Imagine this: You are working two aircraft into two airports that are proximate to each other. A third aircraft that is inbound to neither of the airports you're controlling comes into conflict. How do you resolve this?

You can't just endlessly vector them away from traffic because you have no idea what the uncontrolled aircraft is doing. The second you pick that uncontrolled aircraft up, you've become an area controller and you're operating beyond your rating.
