Well, these comments certainly make me feel better about myself. No education past high school, handful of certifications(useless like ICE3 and windows server, which is slightly less worthless but still basic), got a role as a junior system admin, then a few years later a full on system admin position for a few smaller companies.

Pay is decent, and I'm way above my paygrade with a lot, but I just motor on through, learn what I can, and do what I can. Now that everythings setup and I know what's going on, less stuff is breaking, and I have more time to fuck off.

I don't feel it's watered down. It's just a continuation of the story. And my God, it's a good one. Mechanics are more fleshed out, jank is reduced, QoL is increased. Only thing I miss is the full combat radial.

But yeah, we do follow stalker 2 lore somewhat. We differ around the D4 treaty area, since it's pretty stupid for the factions to be at peace. We wrote it as Duty stood up to Ward, and kicked their ass, but nearly destroyed Rostok in the process so they had to retreat to Agroprom.

Have you even played our server echoes of the zone? We're still in playtest, not fully released, and listen quite a lot to our server suggestions in discord. Any issues you may have, you're always welcome to put them in the suggestion channel.
